Catalog Used: Unless otherwise indicated, the 2011 edition of the Scott Standard Postage Stamp Catalogue (2012 Classic Specialized for 1840-1940 and certain later Commonwealth issues) was used when preparing all listings after 03/21/2012.

Shipping and Handling: Invoice total $10.00 USD or less - $2 USD to USA addresses; $3 USD to non-USA addresses. Invoice total $10.01 USD or more – FREE shipping and handing to USA addresses; $2 USD to non-USA addresses. Invoice total $20.01 USD or more – FREE shipping and handling to all addresses.

Payment: Checks and money orders are fine from USA residents, but must clear before shipment is made, at my option. Non-USA buyers must use PayPal. PayPal is the preferred payment method for all payments. Payment is expected within 7 days of an invoice being sent, absent other prior arrangements. Please do not, I repeat, do not, attempt to pay for purchases before you receive my invoice.

Return privilege: You may return any item within 14 days of receipt, for any or no reason at all, and you, (the buyer) pay return postage. Return postage will not be included in any refund or adjustment.

Carrying invoices: Should you desire, you may carry an invoice for a reasonable period of time. A reasonable period of time is a couple of weeks – it is NOT a month or more. As stated above, payment is expected within 7 days of the invoice unless prior arrangements are made. After a month from the original purchase date, in the event of an unpaid invoice, items are subject to being relisted, and the buyer may be considered a non-paying bidder, at my option. Invoices are usually updated on a daily basis.
