The paper label on the bell says Lafayette but I am sure these were manufactured for them by Utah. Made in the USA probably late 1960's to early 1970's.
I got approx. 5.5 ohms DC resistance on my meter and feel confident it's rated 8 ohm impedance. Very little wear on the paint. Marked 21 4719 7W. Cone is nice and firm, in good shape with no voice coil rubbing. Have treated paper surrounds. Looks like a 2" voice coil. Frame diameter is approx. 15 1/8", about 8.5" deep.
Should be good for use with a tube powered electric guitar amplifier. I have two other identical speakers available too.

Send your zip code for ship cost- should be between $10.00 and $20.00 if you are in the USA (listed May 2012).
I accept checks and money orders. Cash only if you pick up. Since this is also available locally it is subject to prior sale.
I am a one man operation in central NJ and have been a part time reseller, collector, and pack rat for almost 10 years. I usually find my items at local thrift stores, garage sales, flea markets, etc. In the past I used the eBay auction service exclusively but due to their increasingly restrictive policies and lack of protection for sellers I have moved on to other venues. Total feedback on eBay is around 7000 sales with approx. 99.8% positives- seller ID's are available on request. One of my ebay seller ID's is "stereos"- check it out and feel free to contact me through eBay to verify.
The safest way to pay me is with a check with "for deposit only" written on the back, money orders are also OK. In most cases I wait until a check has cleared before shipping. I don't use PayPal because of the chance of fraud and the fees.
International bidders are welcome but make sure you know how you are going to send payment- since I don't use PayPal or credit cards it may be inconvenient. In Canada, Japan, and Australia you can purchase a US Dollar Postal Money order for payment. Any verifiable check or money order that is drawn on a US bank will also be OK.
